Canty Bay Terms & Conditions

Your contract is with a partnership trading as Canty Bay House (CBH). The Booking/Payment and Cancellation policy apply to bookings made direct with Canty Bay House by phone or email and may vary for bookings made on-line.

The first nights stay is paid in at the time of booking. The remainder of the stay will be charged up to 7 days prior to arrival. 
Payment for additional services (evening meals, etc) is made at departure.
CBH accepts most major debit/credit cards (not AMEX or Diners Club). Other payment methods can be accepted by arrangement.
Canty Bay House is not registered for VAT. 

Cancellation policy
For bookings made direct with CBH, a full refund will be applied provided we receive email cancellation at least 7 days prior to booked date of arrival. If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in: 4pm – 9pm.
Check-out: Up to 10:30 am on morning of departure.
We aim to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate alternative requirements upon request.

Alcoholic Beverages
Guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises for responsible consumption in bedrooms or recreation room.

Guest Property CBH does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest property or vehicles.

Termination Policy
In the unlikely event that it is deemed necessary, CBH reserves the right to terminate a guest stay without notice. This will be treated as cancellation and, if appropriate, the damage policy will apply.

Rooms should be left clean and tidy and CBH must be reimbursed for any breakages or damage which must be reported as soon as possible.

Guest Profile
CBH welcomes children over 10 years old and adults of all ages and will endeavour to cope with special needs wherever possible.

Smoking & Pets
Strictly no smoking or pets within any part of CBH, the roof terrace or grounds. If evidence of smoking on the premises is found, the Termination Policy will apply and guests will be liable for a £100 cleaning charge.

Faults & Complaints
CBH would appreciate notification of faults or complaints as they arise. We will try to rectify problems as soon as is practical.
